REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Window
Beauty on Budget offers a 5 day exchange window. You have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange. Refunds are not offered, except in the case of courier damaged items as outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Proof of purchase or your order receipt is required.

To begin an exchange, email us at eyeonemakeup4068@gmail.com. Items returned without a prior exchange request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Courier Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item was damaged during delivery, you must provide an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened, recorded at the time of delivery, as proof of the damage. This is the only situation in which a refund will be considered. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be processed.

Quality Check
All items sent back for exchange are inspected by our team before approval. If an item shows signs of use, opening, or damage caused by the customer, we reserve the right to decline the exchange. This decision is made solely by our internal team and is final.

Gift cards

Custom or personalized orders

How Exchanges Work
Send your item back within the 5 day window. Once it is inspected and approved, you can place a new order separately for the replacement product.
